Pediatric Care of four Corners is proud to have Dr. ElSayed—“Dr. E“—as our Medical Director and Pediatric Doctor.
Dr. E earned her medical degree from the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Khartoum in Sudan. Upon completion of her program, she was selected for a competitive residency program in pediatrics at the Michigan State University at Hurley Medical Center in Flint/Michigan, where her clinical excellence and likable manner earned her ‘The Resident Investigational Award “and the “Apple Award“. Following her residency, Dr. E was then selected for a competitive fellowship program in pediatric infectious diseases at the University of Florida in Jacksonville. After a year of intense training, general pediatrics emerged as her primary passion. She has now practiced pediatrics for the past 15 years and has been board-certified since 2005.
Dr. E is pleased to bring her passion and experience to the residents of the Four Corners area where Polk, Osceola, Lake, and Orange counties meet. As a pediatric doctor, Dr. E is known for her compassion, loving, and caring relationship with her patients, Dr. E believes and strongly recommends that moms stay on top of their children’s well-visits for prevention, early detection of different medical conditions, and to provide a building block for a healthier adulthood.

What hardships did you have to overcome during your pursuit of your career? I had to live as a single mom with a child after moving to the N.S.
If you were not a doctor what would you do for a career? A chef!
What is your vision for your practice at Pediatric Care of Four Corners? Growing the practice to serve a bigger population of patients.
What do you feel is the most important part about doctor / patient communication? Good level of education, good bedside manners, and compassion.
